Jackie is an account manager by day, and a wannabe fashion blogger at Something About That by night. Her blog is primarily focused on fashion, highlighting her casual, feminine style. You’ll see a lot of denim, oversized cardigans, and scarves on her blog. This Toronto girl also loves food, fitness (sometimes), country music, and warm summer nights.

What is your favorite thing about blogging?
I know it’s a bit cheesy, but honestly, one of my favourite things about blogging is having the opportunity to connect with other bloggers. It’s such a special community, full of incredible, like-minded individuals, who all “get” each other. I feel like I’ve gotten to know so many people through blogging, without having “met” most of them!

What do you find the most challenging about blogging/being a blogger?
There’s no question that for me, the most challenging part about blogging is balance. I jackie at something about thatwork full time, commute an average of 3 hours a day (yes, I’m insane), have a social life, and need time to myself. It’s tough! I do my best, but it’s hard to manage keeping up with my own blog, staying caught up on reading other blogs, and interacting on social media. I believe it’s quality over quantity, so I try not to stress myself out if I don’t post as often as I’d like to.

If you had to eat only one food for an entire year, what would it be?
I’m not sure if it’s weird, but I think I’d have to say chocolate cake. Or cheese. Maybe cheese. Or pasta?

Apparently, I can’t just choose one.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I’ve always thought it would be really cool to have the ability to fly. Can you even imagine that?!

Thanks so much to Jackie for being our babe of the week! Make sure to check out Something About That and say hello!
