What is your favorite thing about blogging?
By far my favorite thing about blogging is the fluid creative outlet it provides. I have the cozy sense that my blog is my own little corner of the internet. It is where I can create something I consider to be beautiful share it with other people who enjoy similar interests. It is a lovely perk that blogging has connected me with many new, like-minded friends as well!
What do you find the most challenging about blogging/being a blogger?
I think the most challenging thing for me at this very moment about blogging is the photography editing. By nature I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and because I’m still fairly new in the blogger world this is an area where I’m still learning and at times get a tad frustrated. I really love it when this topic is featured on The Blogger Collective, like in the Food Photography Basics post. This was so helpful!
If you had to eat only one food for an entire year, what would it be?
This. Is. Tough! Since healthy cooking is a love of mine, I generally enjoy a variety of different lean proteins, leafy greens, vibrant fruits and veggies, and whole grains. So, to choose just one thing to eat for a year I’d have to say it would be my favorite chocolate smoothie with hidden greens! It’s fantastically yummy, and is a well-balanced meal too! The recipe is actually available on my blog.
If you could have any super power, what would it be?
If I could have any super power, it would 100% be the ability to teleport. The traffic in Houston is really a stressful bother at times and it would be marvelous to skip the hassle when I’m rushing to yoga class right after work!
Thanks so much to Elise! Head over to Ambitiously Healthy and say hello!
